Chris Bennett ACP

Commissioning Technician

Home Office: Bend

As an integral member of the commissioning team, Chris is adaptable, reliable, and responsive. He has mastered the art of submittal coordination and commissioning documentation, proving to be a key asset on all of his projects. Chris graduated from the Energy Management Program at Lane Community College. With a focus on building controls and automation systems, he worked as an intern at the University of Oregon’s Campus Planning and Facilities Management Department. Chris became familiar with the broad range of systems throughout the campus and learned how varied equipment interacts with the University’s central plant. He also spent several years working at a car wash in Eugene, where he took it upon himself to write a lifecycle cost analysis for upgrading their lighting to LEDs.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and children. They’re always on the lookout for opportunities to explore the great outdoors, frequently seeking out new hiking trails and secret camping spots while foraging for wild bites along the way.
