Matt Reich PE

Associate/Electrical Engineer

Matt is a graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. His expertise is in the design of electrical systems for a wide range of projects, including athletic facilities, laboratories, car dealerships, schools, university buildings, and historic bridges (his personal favorite). He gets great satisfaction in coming up with creative solutions to various design problems. In addition to electrical design, Matt specializes in designing lighting and controls, taking great pride in making a room light up.

As a native Oregonian, Matt enjoys spending his free time outdoors exploring all that this beautiful state has to offer. He and his wife, Vanessa, spend summer weekends either camping in the High Cascades or rafting one of the many rivers in Oregon. Matt and his wife are avid lifelong skiers, and in the winter they can be found chasing both the powder and each other around the numerous nearby mountains. When the weather compels him to stay inside, he loves refinishing furniture, woodworking, and tinkering in his garage. He is most proud of his custom made black walnut foosball table, a game he fell in love with as a child. If something is broken, Matt can fix it, which is why his wife lovingly calls him “Mattgyver.”
