Phillip Zach Lemonds

Zach passionately leads our BIM development team, advancing the dynamic, multi-dimensional space in which we work. Known for his dependability and lightheartedness, Zach is serious about project quality and learning. A Lane County native and graduate of Lane Community College, Zach started his career picking up 2D AutoCAD redlines for an industrial engineering firm nearly a decade ago. In 2014, he made the laborious adaptation to Revit 3D software and has never looked back.

A proud husband and father, Zach enjoys balancing family time with the occasional competitive match of table tennis, swinging a golf club, and rolling up his sleeves to complete various home renovation projects.
