Francisco brings a rich background in construction to his role as a Commissioning Provider at Systems West Engineers. Hailing from the small town of Moapa, Nevada, Francisco’s 12 years in construction spanned a variety of roles, from pouring concrete to managing teams and collaborating with engineers and officials. His experience revealed a critical gap between design and execution, prompting him to pursue a bachelor’s degree in energy systems engineering to bridge this divide and enhance building practices.

Outside of work, Francisco enjoys hiking, fishing, biking, and volunteering as a coach for his daughters’ sports events.
