Amber joined Systems West with a diverse professional background in marketing, business operations, recruitment, and community relations. Team members and clients alike appreciate her flair for turning challenges into opportunities, tapping into the creative expanse, and realizing strategic plans. Always striving for continuous improvement and thoughtful solutions, Amber ambitiously leads our business development division.

She’s a University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point alumnus with a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration, a Leadership Eugene Springfield civic program graduate, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from the Midwest, Amber is an avid outdoor enthusiast, former paramedic, and lifelong learner. If you can keep up, you’ll find her paddle boarding, trail running, skiing, or camping – slowing down only to enjoy a well-deserved craft beer or nonfiction book after a day outside. If you do catch her, you can bet you’ll find her with a smile on her face.
