Haydon Holgerson

Home Office: Springfield

Raised in Beaverton, Haydon earned his Bachelor of Science in Energy Systems Engineering from Oregon State University-Cascades and joined the SWE team following graduation. As former intern at ColeBreit and Analog Power Conversion, he is building on his electrical and energy skills as a commissioning provider, ensuring building systems operate efficiently and sustainably. Haydon is a passionate and curious engineer with sharp attention to the important details of our work.

Haydon also shares a passion for photography, leading to roles in marketing and media, where he hone’s his creative eye. He also joins the majority in our office as an outdoor enthusiast, where he spends his free time hiking, camping, backpacking, climbing, and fishing.
