Joe is an Oregon State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His passion for problem-solving and creativity led him to Systems West, where he first interned with the commissioning team. He now finds his career growth as a mechanical designer focused on energy-efficient, sustainable development across various system types. Joe’s dedication to learning and innovation drives his work – where he seeks opportunities to create impactful, environmentally conscious designs.

Born and raised in Eugene, Joe enjoys basketball, DIY home projects, hiking, camping, trout fishing, and capturing Oregon’s landscapes through amateur wildlife photography.
